Order Acceptance Policy
By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set
forth anywhere on this site, including ZUNAMI's Terms and Conditions of
Sale.
ZUNAMI reserves the right to accept, refuses, or limit your order for any
reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of
a product, or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this
web site. By placing your order, you agree that ZUNAMI's total liability,
under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price
actually paid to ZUNAMI for the product or service giving rise to ZUNAMI's
liability.
Terms of limited warranty
ZUNAMI warrants to the original customer purchasing such products directly
from ZUNAMI that all such products sold will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Any claim alleging that
any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by
the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns
such product. ZUNAMI, at its option, will replace, or provide a credit or
refund for either the original purchase or according to the return policy,
for any product covered by the 30-day Limited Warranty that is determined by
ZUNAMI to be defective. ZUNAMI reserves the right to substitute. The 30-day
Limited Warranty covers only defects arising from manufacturing defects.
Defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, storage, or usage
not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, terrorism, or
war are not covered by the 30-day Limited Warranty. The foregoing warranty
granted to products is to the original customer/end-user and is
non-transferable. If you paid by credit card, and the issuing bank has
initiated a chargeback, then you are not eligible for coverage or RMA, all
cost associated will be chargeback will be covered by the prevailing party.
Delivery.
PRODUCTS will be shipped FCA, ZUNAMI’S facility unless
mutually agreed. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “FCA” shall have
the meaning ascribed thereto in INCOTERMS 1990 as published by the
International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, France. All shipments will be made
and insured at Customer's expense and risk. Customer shall be responsible
for making all claims with carriers, insurers, warehousemen and others for
its delivery, non-delivery and loss, damage or delay. Customer will arrange
common carrier transportation of the PRODUCTS to Customer's specified
destination. ZUNAMI will contact the specified carrier for pickup in
accordance with Customer's order schedule. ZUNAMI will also, upon request
and payment by a customer of Customer, arrange common carrier transportation
of the PRODUCTS to Customer's specified destination. Customer is responsible
for all taxes, importing duties, fees and shipping charges.
Return policy
All sales to customers outside the USA, through the Auto Shipment Program
are final, except as covered by our Limited Warranty.
Return policy under Limited Warranty
(a) No refunds on "opened" products. We cannot accept any supplement or
health product that has been opened or has had its protective seal
compromised or tampered with in any way.
(b) All returned products must be sent within 30 days from the date of
invoice, 100 percent complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include
original packaging and all accessories provided, and
(c) must include a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#). Please Contact Zunami for a RMA number, you will need to
provide the following information:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem.
(d) Zunami at it's own discretion may charged up to 25
percent restocking free.
(e) At their own expense Customers
must prepay for shipping and insurance for the original value of the order .
(f) Shipping and handling charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 2 weeks days of receiving your return.
